Remote DevOps Engineer (Observability Focus)

Description:

• Solvd Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer with a focus on observability to collaborate with a rapidly growing B2B client.
• The role involves optimizing observability within the AWS ecosystem and configuring logging, tracing, and alerting tools.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, Logz.io, and PagerDuty, along with advanced knowledge of infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
• Responsibilities include developing Grafana dashboards, working with Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• The position requires availability online during weekends for urgent requests and familiarity with the startup ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Prometheus and Grafana for setting up and maintaining alerting and logging systems.
• Experience with Logz.io for log management and PagerDuty for incident management.
• Ability to lead and define the strategic direction for observability within the company.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD tools like Github Actions and Jenkins.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with the startup ecosystem.
• Availability online during weekends for urgent requests.
