Description:

Blue Coding is seeking a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing tech company focused on portfolio management in mortgage trading and asset management.
The position is fully remote, allowing candidates from Latin America to work from anywhere as long as they can deliver high-quality work.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
Responsibilities include managing and optimizing AWS services such as Fargate, Postgres (RDS), API Gateway, and CloudFront.
The engineer will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and collaborate with developers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable application deployments.
Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance and availability, as well as supporting automation, observability, and disaster recovery practices, are key aspects of the job.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure best practices is required.
Proficiency with Terraform and managing Infrastructure-as-Code in production environments is essential.
Experience with Docker container orchestration and deployment using Fargate is necessary.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, API Gateway, and PostgreSQL is expected.
Good scripting skills in languages such as Bash or Python are required.
Knowledge or experience with credit, mortgages, trading platforms, or similar environments is a plus.
