Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Reporting / Data Analyst Manager to join our central HR Product Reporting team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements in the HR processes, developing technical IT development concepts, and leading projects using agile methodologies.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure all reporting and analysis needs are efficiently and accurately met.
Analyze business requirements in central Deutsche Telekom HR by collaborating with various departments to identify and document requirements for recruiting, talent management, and skill development.
Develop technical IT development concepts by designing and implementing them based on identified requirements.
Lead and coordinate projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using MS Power BI and Excel.
Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes, conducting activities for continuous improvement based on KPI results.
Plan and conduct workshops at various management levels to present analyses, concepts, and project progress.
Ensure effective and proficient communication in German and English, both oral and written.
Ensure data integrity and quality, and optimize existing data processes.
Requirements:
You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
You should bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international setting.
You must excel in technical skills, possessing a deep understanding of analyzing business requirements in HR processes and translating them into effective IT development concepts.
You should have hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
You must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have extensive experience with MS Power BI.
You should have a strong track record in managing KPIs and driving improvement initiatives based on KPI analysis.
You must be skilled in leading workshops and presenting insights to various management levels.
You should communicate fluently in both German and English.
You must showcase exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You should work effectively within a team and approach tasks with a structured and organized mindset.

The final salary is negotiable, with a base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of the candidate, starting at no lower than 1650 β¬ /brutto.
