Remote DevOps Engineer - (Remote)

Description:

• Seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with experience in managing and deploying mobile applications, focusing on quick commerce and online grocery delivery services.
• Responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of application infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure with high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for system health and performance.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, conduct security audits, and compliance checks.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications to automate deployment processes.
• Analyze and optimize system and database performance, manage scaling strategies.
• Collaborate with the development team for seamless integration and deployment of new features.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, provide training and support on DevOps best practices and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of DevOps experience, preferably in a startup with mobile applications.
• Available for incident response at any time.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management.
• Experience with Digital Ocean, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ruby.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
