Description:
Jobgether is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer for a remote position in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Uruguay, or Ecuador.
The role involves building and maintaining reliable, scalable infrastructure for high-impact data platforms.
Responsibilities include managing cloud infrastructure (AWS), Kubernetes clusters (EKS), and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
The engineer will develop and maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes configurations to streamline deployments.
Monitoring and troubleshooting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Opsgenie is required.
The position also involves administering and optimizing data storage solutions like PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
Support for message broker systems (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Temporal) to ensure high availability is expected.
Participation in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system reliability is part of the job.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SysOps role.
Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python) is required.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools is necessary.
A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS, is a strong plus.
Experience with Golang or Python development is considered a bonus.
Knowledge of HashiStack tools (Terraform, Vault, Packer) and ClickHouse administration is a plus.
