The position is for a skilled DevOps Engineer with active Top Clearance to support secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems in high-security environments.
The role focuses on leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop custom workflows, integrate web services, and enhance contact center operations.
This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of $175,000 - $185,000.

Responsibilities include configuring Amazon Connect, integrating Deloitte accelerators for Amazon Connect, developing web service integrations using Lambdas, and designing custom workflows and applications to support contact center operations utilizing Amazon Services.
Requirements:
Candidates must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
A DoD IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+) is required.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise services using AWS.
Proficiency with open-sourced web service environments, such as Java, REST, and SOAP, is necessary.
Experience writing scripts using tools, including Python, Bash, or Boto3, is required.
Development experience with Node.js, JavaScript, or JSON is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
