Remote DevOps Lead

Description:

• As a DevOps Lead, you will design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and infrastructure platform.
• You will work closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability.
• You will manage and secure Kubernetes clusters and implement and maintain GitOps practices using ArgoCD.
• You will develop and maintain Helm charts for infrastructure applications and manage Kubernetes operators for automated operations.
• You will mentor team members on DevOps best practices and ensure high availability and scalability of production systems.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
• You should have strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration is required.
• You must have expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• A solid understanding of GitOps principles and ArgoCD is necessary.
• Experience with Helm chart development and maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of the Kubernetes operator pattern and development is essential.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages are needed.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
