The DevOps Lead will manage the DevOps team and lead efforts in automating and streamlining operations and processes.
Responsibilities include leading the team, developing and implementing DevOps strategies, creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
The role requires monitoring the health, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting issues in various environments.
The DevOps Lead will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of industry experience.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields and at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, principles, and methodologies is essential.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is required.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell is necessary.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and containerization/orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS is expected.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is important.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
