Description:
We are looking for a talented DevOps Lead to join our team remotely, based anywhere in LATAM.
In this role, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power our cutting-edge, cloud-native, event-driven microservices.
You will work with cross-functional teams and have deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and pipeline orchestration.
Your main activities will include leading and mentoring the DevOps team, architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing best practices for IaC, ensuring continuous monitoring and operational excellence, streamlining workflows with software engineers, automating processes for reliability and security, and providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system operations.
Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and API Gateway is required.
You should have strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, with 5+ years of experience in tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Terragrunt is highly preferred.
You need 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, and alerting systems, with Datadog experience being a major advantage.
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and the ability to mentor junior engineers is essential.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
