Jobgether is seeking a DevOps Lead for a remote position in the United States or Canada.
This role is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position for a DevOps expert focused on driving infrastructure innovation at scale.
The DevOps Lead will lead platform engineering efforts to enhance CI/CD, observability, cost optimization, and overall system resilience.
The position involves close collaboration with engineers and stakeholders across product, security, and operations to deliver a robust and scalable platform.
Key accountabilities include leading and evolving DevOps practices, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, improving system observability, driving infrastructure cost optimization, building internal tools, and collaborating with various teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
Strong proficiency in Python or Go is required, along with deep experience in managing production systems and troubleshooting distributed architectures.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and associated tools such as ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform is necessary.
Experience with GCP or equivalent cloud providers, focusing on cloud efficiency and infrastructure automation, is essential.
Proven success in building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer platforms from scratch is required.
Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Prometheus and previous experience in on-call rotations are also necessary.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000, along with Series C equity that has high growth potential.
