Description:

Oowlish is seeking a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to join their team, which focuses on AI-driven SaaS solutions.
The role involves maintaining, optimizing, and scaling the infrastructure that supports the platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities include deploying and managing web, mobile, and API applications across cloud environments.
The engineer will implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, or Prometheus/Grafana.
The position requires designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
The engineer will manage containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Building and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP is also a key responsibility.
Writing automation scripts using Bash and other scripting languages is expected.
The role includes developing and maintaining incident response processes and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaboration with development, product, and operations teams to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related role.
Strong hands-on experience with the deployment of web, mobile, and API applications is required.
Expertise in monitoring and observability tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, or Prometheus/Grafana is necessary.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or CircleCI is essential.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is required.
Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is necessary.
Candidates must have scripting proficiency in Bash.
Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning is required.
