Oowlish, a rapidly expanding software development company in Latin America, is seeking experienced technology professionals for their team.
The position is for a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer in an AI-focused SaaS startup.
The role involves maintaining, optimizing, and scaling the infrastructure that supports the platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities include deploying and managing web, mobile, and API applications across cloud environments, implementing monitoring and observability tools, and designing CI/CD pipelines.
The engineer will manage containerized environments, build and manage cloud infrastructure, write automation scripts, and develop incident response processes.
Collaboration with development, product, and operations teams is essential to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related role.
Strong hands-on experience with the deployment of web, mobile, and API applications is required.
Expertise in monitoring and observability tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, or Prometheus/Grafana is essential.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or CircleCI is necessary.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is required.
Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is mandatory.
Candidates must have scripting proficiency in Bash.
Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning is a must.
