Description:

  • The DevOps Team Lead will lead the DevOps team, collaborating with a modern tech stack including Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and .NET.

  • Responsibilities include developing and mentoring a high-performing DevOps team, tackling complex scaling challenges, and collaborating across the company to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have been in a DevOps Team Lead or equivalent position for a couple of years or more, with a proven track record in a fast-moving environment.
  • A strong ability to understand user needs and prioritize technical work related to security, compliance, and scalability is essential.
  • In-depth practical experience with AWS and Kubernetes is required, particularly in VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, ECR, and EKS.
  • Hands-on experience running production-level SaaS applications at scale is necessary, including performing change management and responding to incidents affecting service availability.
  • Great to haves include experience with Terraform for infrastructure management, knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration, familiarity with .NET/C# applications, and experience implementing observability solutions.
