Remote DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (Manila-Remote)

Description:

• Manage the company's IT infrastructure by upgrading and installing hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while maintaining networks and servers.
• Possess extensive experience in system administration for cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, and knowledge of multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Automate alerting and monitoring system logs and build tools to enhance incident management and software delivery.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats and create user accounts with access control.
• Document processes, back up data, and develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Design and implement end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervise and mentor IT department employees while providing IT support.
• Stay updated with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar field.
• Professional qualification such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
