Remote DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Description:

• Collaborate with global development teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of the platform
• Improve day-to-day operational standards
• Build a robust CI/CD pipeline for automated application and platform deployment
• Manage and enhance the release process for scalability, efficiency, and quality
• Implement new infrastructure components in a distributed environment
• Provide support for production updates and hotfixes across multiple products
• Coordinate release schedules with engineering, product, and business teams
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Participate in an on-call rotation for system reliability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Platform, SRE, or DevOps role using Ruby/Kubernetes/AWS/Datadog stack or similar technologies
• Proficiency in developing standard methodologies and tooling for monitoring distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Ruby, Rails, MySql, Datadog, and Redis
• Ability to build tools for faster engineering processes while ensuring security
• Understanding of security and compliance in handling personal data
• Experience in testing infrastructure changes
• Strong communication skills for sharing observability findings with technical and non-technical teams
