Description:

  • Behavox is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer 3 to enhance security measures and ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of systems.
  • The role involves designing, implementing, and managing the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include deploying and configuring SIEM components across multi-account cloud environments and optimizing security operations for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • The engineer will integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and implement advanced security practices such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST).
  • Expertise in SIEM systems, cloud platforms (AWS and GCP), and log data analysis is essential for detecting and responding to security threats.
  • Collaboration with SIEM Infrastructure Engineers, Cloud Platform Engineers, and Security Analysts is required to ensure secure data flow.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE engineering role, with a proven track record of integrating security practices into the DevOps process.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, or Terraform, with a focus on security, is required.
  • Development and scripting skills in Python and Golang are preferred, emphasizing secure coding practices.
  • Experience with AWS/GCP, including securing cloud environments and services, is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience in building secure CI/CD pipelines that incorporate security scans and vulnerability assessments.
