Description:
Oddball is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to contribute to a significant Federal program that positively impacts millions of Americans' daily lives.
The role involves collaborating with DevOps engineers to establish best practices in the federal space.
Responsibilities include creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, developing infrastructure using Terraform, writing Ansible playbooks, and building tools.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with AWS CloudWatch Logs and AWS S3, including versioning and lifecycle policies for storing immutable audit logs.
Proficiency with tools such as Cloudbolt, Amazon EC2, S3, EFS, and Amazon Linux 2 with MATE Desktop Environment is required.
Applicants should possess skills in developing and enhancing CI/CD scripts and services for development and deployment.
Experience with security tools and frameworks like NIST 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP is necessary.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of developers, managers, and product managers.
Experience with Terraform and working in Agile software development teams is essential.
Candidates must be US Citizens and able to work domestically.
The ability to attain a low-level security clearance is required.
A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
