Description:
Deel is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their team, which is dedicated to helping businesses hire globally.
The role involves developing and maintaining automated security tools and processes to identify vulnerabilities, perform code analysis, and conduct security testing.
The engineer will work with infrastructure and operations teams to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

Candidates should have the ability to assess risks and apply appropriate security controls, including understanding threat modeling and incident response planning.
Effective collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, including security scanners and vulnerability management systems, is beneficial.
Relevant security certifications, such as CSSLP, CEH, or CISSP, can enhance credibility.
