Remote Diseñador UX/UI Semi-Senior

Description:

• We are looking for a Semi-Senior UX/UI Designer with experience in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• The ideal candidate must have a user-centered approach, experience in digital interface design, and a strong command of design and prototyping tools.
• This role requires creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design products that balance functionality and aesthetics.
• Responsibilities include designing efficient and attractive user experiences based on usability and accessibility principles, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• The designer will collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure the correct implementation of designs, research and analyze user needs and behaviors through interviews, usability testing, and metrics.
• The role also involves defining and maintaining style guides and UI components to ensure visual consistency in digital products, optimizing interfaces and navigation flows based on data and A/B testing, and ensuring accessibility and compatibility of products across multiple platforms.
• Staying updated on UX/UI design trends, tools, and methodologies is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products is required.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools is essential.
• Knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles is necessary.
• Experience in user-centered design (UCD) is required.
• The candidate must be capable of conducting usability tests and analyzing user experience metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills with development and product teams in agile environments are needed.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher) is necessary for collaboration with international teams.
