Requirements:

A PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of post-PhD experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, deep learning algorithms, and hardware-optimized machine learning is essential.
A strong background in neuromorphic computing, hardware-efficient AI, or computational neuroscience is a plus.
Experience in managing and mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction is necessary.
Exceptional communication skills are required to influence executives, engineers, and external stakeholders.
A robust history of contributions to academic research, open-source projects, or industry consortiums in the last two years is highly desirable.
