Requirements:
A PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development post-PhD, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and driving innovation beyond academia.
Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, deep learning algorithms, and hardware-optimized machine learning is essential.
Experience in neuromorphic computing, hardware-efficient AI, or computational neuroscience is considered a plus.
Proven leadership experience in managing senior engineers, influencing technical direction, and driving engineering excellence is necessary.
Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to influence and engage executives, engineers, and external stakeholders.
A history of contributions to academic research, open-source projects, or industry consortiums is highly desirable.
