Requirements:

  • A PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development post-PhD, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and driving innovation beyond academia.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, deep learning algorithms, and hardware-optimized machine learning is essential.
  • Experience in neuromorphic computing, hardware-efficient AI, or computational neuroscience is considered a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing senior engineers, influencing technical direction, and driving engineering excellence is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to influence and engage executives, engineers, and external stakeholders.
  • A history of contributions to academic research, open-source projects, or industry consortiums is highly desirable.
