The Solutions Architect will help nonprofits harness AI-driven solutions for fundraising and donor engagement.
Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to design tailored AI models, supporting pre-sales activities, guiding implementation, and providing ongoing technical support.
The role involves working closely with sales, product, and data science teams to develop scalable solutions that align with client needs.
Key responsibilities include client solution design, pre-sales support, custom AI model development, product and feature development, post-implementation support, staying informed about industry best practices, and marketing support.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical role, ideally within a SaaS environment, is required.
Experience working with nonprofits, fundraising, or wealth screening platforms is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, data modeling, and system integrations is necessary.
A strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS platforms is required.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, etc.) and other nonprofit tools is essential.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data modeling, and analytics tools is required.
Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for helping nonprofits maximize their impact is required.
