Description:
The DXP Support Engineer position is a remote role based in India.
Acquia empowers brands to create impactful digital customer experiences using open source Drupal.
The role involves assisting customers with data and product interface challenges.
The engineer will utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills to deliver a world-class support experience.
Responsibilities include creating and updating Knowledge-Base articles, Troubleshooting Guides, and FAQs.
The engineer must maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture, technical components, and application functionality.
The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills through curiosity, ownership of issues, and mentoring.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support organization or similar role is required.
Exposure to SaaS products, cloud technologies, and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
A clear understanding of the LAMP stack and comfort with command line/bash is necessary.
Experience in site development, PHP development, and/or demonstrable Drupal 7/10 skills is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are required.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools is expected.
