Description:

  • The DXP Support Engineer position is a remote role based in India.
  • Acquia empowers brands to create impactful digital customer experiences using open source Drupal.
  • The role involves assisting customers with data and product interface challenges.
  • The engineer will utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills to deliver a world-class support experience.
  • Responsibilities include creating and updating Knowledge-Base articles, Troubleshooting Guides, and FAQs.
  • The engineer must maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture, technical components, and application functionality.
  • The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills through curiosity, ownership of issues, and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support organization or similar role is required.
  • Exposure to SaaS products, cloud technologies, and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • A clear understanding of the LAMP stack and comfort with command line/bash is necessary.
  • Experience in site development, PHP development, and/or demonstrable Drupal 7/10 skills is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are required.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools is expected.
