Description:
The DxP Support Engineer will assist customers by addressing and resolving their data and/or product interface challenges.
This role requires using problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills to provide a world-class support experience.
The engineer will create and update team Knowledge-Base articles, Troubleshooting Guides, FAQs, and other support-related collateral.
A detailed understanding of the product architecture, technical components, and application functionality is essential.
The position also involves developing leadership skills through curiosity, ownership of issues, mentoring, and the courage to challenge the status quo.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology or Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support organization or similar is required.
Exposure to SaaS products, cloud technologies, and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
A clear understanding of the LAMP stack and comfort using the command line/bash is necessary.
Experience in site development, PHP development, and/or demonstrable Drupal 7/10 skills is a plus.
Strong communication skills are required to convey information clearly, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers.
The candidate must have the ability and desire to form strong relationships with customers, teammates, and coworkers across departments and functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are essential.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools is required.
Availability during standard US business hours is necessary, with timings that may vary based on Daylight Saving Time.
