Description:
The eCommerce Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large sets of eCommerce data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
They will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
The role involves providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance and achieve KPIs.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize performance marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improving user acquisition, conversion, and retention across various channels.
Assisting in planning, launching, and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
Analyzing user behavior and site performance to enhance engagement and retention through conversion rate optimization.
Generating regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Valid certifications and/or work samples with relevant analytics tools/platforms such as Google Analytics and SQL.
Proven experience in data analysis within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset and a focus on KPIs.
Nice to have experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, SFMC, and CC.
