Description:

  • The eCommerce Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large sets of eCommerce data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • They will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
  • The role involves providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize performance marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improving user acquisition, conversion, and retention across various channels.
  • Assisting in planning, launching, and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing user behavior and site performance to enhance engagement and retention through conversion rate optimization.
  • Generating regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Valid certifications and/or work samples with relevant analytics tools/platforms such as Google Analytics and SQL.
  • Proven experience in data analysis within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset and a focus on KPIs.
  • Nice to have experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, SFMC, and CC.
