The client is seeking a diligent and proficient Lead Ecomm Digital Producer to join their remote development team.
This role is tailored for a candidate with a robust technical background in Ecomm, preferably Magento and Shopify, along with solid project management and team leadership experience.
Exceptional English communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will interact with both clients and the leadership team based in Australia.
The position focuses on managing client relationships, responding to client communications in a timely manner, delivering projects to high standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing e-commerce websites, overseeing end-to-end project management, collaborating with development teams, formulating technical documentation, ensuring quality assurance, and managing project scope and timelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Magento/Shopify development and project management, including familiarity with third-party extensions and platform functions.
A minimum of 3 years managing e-commerce/web development projects using tools like Asana and Jira is required, with the ability to handle multiple projects in dynamic environments.
Excellent English communication skills are necessary for engaging stakeholders, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, and fostering strong client relationships.
Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving is essential.
