Description:

The System Administrator – Endpoints Security EPM Administrator will provide end-to-end support on the CyberArk EPM platform to manage, secure, support, and implement new security features.
Involved in structuring, growing, and adapting the existing and continuously evolving endpoints environment on a global scale.
Collaborate with different business departments and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure endpoint security based on various regulations and compliance standards.
Responsible for planning deployment, coordinating, and troubleshooting CyberArk agents, as well as upgrading and patching them globally.
Analyze and document applications usage on endpoints and create/adjust CyberArk policies based on business and security needs.
Develop and enforce security policies related to Endpoint Privilege Management, manage accounts, groups, and credentials following security policies.
Monitor and proactively remediate issues, create reports for management showcasing EPM metrics and evolution, and work with the latest technologies available on the market.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of endpoints security principles and privilege management.
Teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Continuous learner and self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of CyberArk EPM technologies, security baselines, and policies (Intune policies and GPO’s), PowerShell scripting, Agile, DevOps, ITIL methodologies, and processes.
Must be able to work in the EST timezone, be bilingual (French and English), work remotely from anywhere in Canada, and pass a background check.
