The position is for a Senior Software Engineer in the Content Consumption team, responsible for the entire experience of courses, mentoring, and video lessons on the platform.
The role involves scaling the platform to support rapid user growth and increased access volume, implementing long-term features from the roadmap, and maintaining high service quality with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable systems based on event-driven architecture, analyzing usage data to propose new features, collaborating closely with leadership to define requirements, leading critical technical initiatives, and ensuring clean code, automated testing, and efficient CI/CD processes.
The technology stack includes Go (Golang), gRPC for backend, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS for frontend, and cloud microservices, event queues, CDNs, observability, and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend development.
Advanced knowledge of distributed system architecture is required.
Clear and objective communication skills, along with good writing abilities, are essential.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a sense of ownership.
Interest in working in a collaborative environment with real technical challenges and high impact is necessary.
Desired qualifications include solid experience in Go and event-driven architectures, experience in large-scale projects with a central or technical leadership role, and familiarity with database topics such as execution plans, index structures, partitioning, sharding, locking, and concurrency control.

The salary range for the position is R$15,500 to R$20,000 per month for Senior level and R$20,000 to R$25,000 per month for Master level.
