Description:
Culture Amp is seeking an Engineer to join their Design System team, which is responsible for in-house tooling related to their design system.
The design system, named Kaizen, is a library of React components that has been in development since 2017.
The Design System team collaborates with product teams to create cohesive, intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
The role involves building and maintaining UI components, improving tooling and engineering systems, and participating in team rituals to enhance engineering culture and productivity.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of front-end experience working on complex web-based products.
A strong understanding of web platform fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design is required.
Experience with a modern JavaScript framework, particularly React, is necessary.
Previous experience working in a design system team is considered a bonus.
Candidates should be passionate about design systems and empowering engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
Effective communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas and be open to other perspectives.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while demonstrating curiosity and good judgment in seeking support when needed are important traits.
