Description:
Bellese Technologies is seeking an Engineer II, Full Stack to join the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) contract team.
The HQR system is utilized by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to assess the quality of care provided by hospitals.
The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications across both frontend and backend technologies.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and UX/UI designers, participating in architecture discussions, writing clean code, performing code reviews, debugging software defects, and maintaining technical documentation.
The position requires active participation in Agile ceremonies and ongoing professional development.
Candidates must meet background check requirements, including U.S. citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., and must have lived in the U.S. for at least the past three years.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in software development is required.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms is necessary.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is essential.
Candidates must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, SpringBoot, Typescript, Angular, or React is required.
Experience with testing tools like JUnit, jMeter, Postman/Newman, Cypress, and Jest is necessary.
Familiarity with Jenkins, Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, Docker, and feature flags is required.
Some familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3, ApiGateway, and WAF is preferred.
