Requirements:

Candidates should have a passion for leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on in development.
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with leadership experience is required.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions is beneficial.
