Description:
Join Culture Amp as an Engineering Team Lead for the Data Platform Team and help shape the future of work.
Oversee the internal data platform that integrates data from products and external sources, empowering analysts and data scientists.
Lead the design of Culture Amp’s data platform, including the data lake, warehouse, data modeling, orchestration, and ML platform.
Inspire and guide engineers, helping them tackle complex challenges and removing obstacles for their success.
Communicate technical solutions clearly with your team, peers, and stakeholders.
Mentor and develop engineers, fostering their growth into future technical leaders.
Ensure timely and efficient project delivery within Agile, cross-functional, and remote-friendly teams.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform architecture, including data lake and data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and security and compliance.
Experience with the AWS data stack, including Redshift, MSK, and Glue.
Knowledge of key data stack components, such as dbt and Airflow.
Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.
A technical leader who balances hands-on technical skills while empowering and coaching engineers.
Open to receiving and giving feedback to help others grow.
