Description:
StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads.
The Engineering Tech Lead will be directly involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts product success.
The role involves working with large data sets and exposure to modern tech stacks such as GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
The position requires leading a growing full-stack engineering team to tackle challenges in the digital advertising industry.
The Creatives Library Team is building a library of dynamic creative assets for clients to store, host, and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns.
The library will include creative templates for clients to quickly build display ad creatives, reducing reliance on expensive third-party providers.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in North America.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering results and leading high-impact teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems is required.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role is necessary, with experience as a people leader being a plus.
In-depth experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL is essential.
Experience with modern frontend libraries and frameworks such as Redux, Zustand, and Jest is required.
Experience in scaling a Ruby on Rails backend architecture is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS is advantageous.
A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, system design, cloud computing, and full-stack development, is required.
A passion for building a positive and fun engineering culture is essential.
