Description:

• The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in accelerating the discovery and deployment of automation with AI at Mimica.
• The role involves leading all technical aspects of the sales cycle, crafting creative solutions to solve use case-specific problems, and delivering measurable business value.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with AEs, leading demos, managing POC plans, providing insights to engineering teams, contributing to product documentation, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
• The position also involves partnering with Marketing to deliver educational content, assisting BDRs in identifying compelling use cases, and acting as a trusted advisor for customers.

Requirements:

• Background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Implementation/Management Consulting, with experience in shaping solutions that add strategic and quantitative value.
• Proven track record in devising and delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions, tying them to customers’ business initiatives, pain points, and long-term roadmaps.
• Superior communication skills, ability to switch between detailed technical discussions and high-level presentations, and empathy with strong product intuition.
• Desire to continuously learn and improve knowledge of the platform and advancements in the Intelligent Automation domain.
