The Solutions Engineer role involves onboarding new enterprise SaaS customers and providing technical advice for optimal platform utilization.
Responsibilities include monitoring customer usage, managing non-product related issues, and advocating for escalated accounts.
The role requires collaboration with sales and customer success teams to understand customer objectives and recommend solutions.
The engineer will work on improving internal tools and documentation, ensuring integration of Zyte API, and identifying product feature gaps.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English are required.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Experience with web data crawling, extraction, and processing techniques and tools is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership in critical business situations.
A logical, data-driven approach to project prioritization is expected.
Candidates must be proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript is required.
Experience with Google BigQuery, Grafana, or similar tools is necessary.
