The position is for a Senior/Staff Backend & Cloud Engineer at a high-growth tech consulting firm focused on enterprise solutions.
The role is fully remote and involves working with a small team of approximately 15 people.
The firm specializes in cloud, DevOps, and backend technologies, utilizing modern tech stacks such as K8s, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Golang, Rust, and Python.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing cloud-native software solutions for global enterprises, collaborating with a world-class engineering team, and delivering high-impact solutions for Fortune 100 clients.
The engineer will lead backend and cloud infrastructure projects, make key architectural decisions, mentor client teams, and drive continuous innovation in cloud and DevOps solutions.
The work will have a tangible impact on well-known brands like Starbucks, Smartsheets, and T-Mobile.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend, cloud, and DevOps technologies.
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a leading academic institution is required.
Expertise in tools such as K8s, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and programming languages like Golang, Rust, or Python is essential.
A deep understanding of modern DevOps/Platform engineering practices and cloud infrastructure is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for working across multiple tech stacks and environments, along with a commitment to continuous learning and growth, is expected.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, along with profit-sharing to reward contributions.
