• Stralynn Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an "Enterprise Test Data Management Architect" to support multiple applications in the Federal government sector.
• The role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for managing test data across the organization.
• Responsibilities include managing the quality, security, and accessibility of data required for testing various applications.
• The individual will leverage industry-standard Test Data Management (TDM) tools and techniques to provision, manipulate, and maintain test datasets across different environments.
• Collaboration with development, testing, and security teams is essential to meet project requirements and data governance standards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a total of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the US Government sector.
• Expertise in managing enterprise data management infrastructure, including on-premises systems and cloud migration efforts, as well as database administration is required.
• Experience in managing referential/data integrity, point-in-time recovery, and custom coding is necessary.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle, SQLServer, Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL, and Azure Database services is essential.
• Applicants must have led at least 2 transformation projects related to establishing an enterprise-wide data layer and mature DataOps practices.
• Proven analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude are required.
