Remote Experienced Software Engineer - Frontend Engineer

Description:

• The Frontend Engineer will be part of the Link team at Plaid, responsible for evolving Link to provide a high-quality and streamlined experience for end users and customers.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially the design team, to bring design quality and polish to Plaid's core account linking product, Link.
• The Frontend Engineer will work on ambitious projects to improve the performance of Plaid's products by enhancing the linking experience.
• Responsibilities include understanding product requirements, architecting solutions, partnering with other teams at Plaid, owning and leading projects, and advocating for technical and process changes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with strong skills in at least one frontend framework like React.
• Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality user experience.
• Excellent coding and testing skills.
• Experience as a project lead, collaborating with engineers, product, design, and data science teams to drive execution.

Benefits:

• The target base salary for this role is $162,000 - $243,000 per year.
• Additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission is dependent on the position offered.
