Description:

  • The Finance Systems Engineer will be part of the Information Systems Department (ISD) and will manage, administrate, and maintain the core financial applications of Contentsquare Group.
  • The role involves leading the implementation of the new ERP Workday Financial as part of the strategic “One” program.
  • Responsibilities include becoming a technical and functional expert of Workday, partnering with business teams to analyze and prioritize requirements, defining solutions, leading daily operations, creating reports, conducting security audits, and documenting processes.
  • The position requires working in sprint mode and following best engineering practices.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as ERP administrators or as a technical or functional expert/consultant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday being a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP administration, including implementation, configuration, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting is required.
  • Familiarity with key Finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury is essential.
  • Candidates should be autonomous, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge needs to develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multi-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is ideal.
