The Finance Systems Engineer will be part of the Information Systems Department (ISD) and will manage, administrate, and maintain the core financial applications of Contentsquare Group.
The role involves leading the implementation of the new ERP Workday Financial as part of the strategic “One” program.
Responsibilities include becoming a technical and functional expert of Workday, partnering with business teams to analyze and prioritize requirements, defining solutions, leading daily operations, creating reports, conducting security audits, and documenting processes.
The position requires working in sprint mode and following best engineering practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as ERP administrators or as a technical or functional expert/consultant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday being a plus.
Demonstrated experience in ERP administration, including implementation, configuration, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting is required.
Familiarity with key Finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury is essential.
Candidates should be autonomous, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge needs to develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multi-functional teams.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is ideal.
