Description:
The Finance Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting financial applications, including Coupa and NetSuite, by completing complex configurations where needed.
They will configure fields, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and scripted rules within NetSuite and other supported systems.
Building and maintaining integrations between finance systems to ensure timely updates of bundles and scripts.
Responding to user application issues and enhancement requests within defined SLAs, collaborating with vendor support organizations as needed.
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting projects to streamline business operations.
Conducting testing during new system implementation projects and scheduled system releases.
Creating and maintaining systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts, and training materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or a strong understanding of accounting operations.
4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
Experience in completing complex configuration and optimization projects, including building and enhancing integrations and workflows, and complex reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
NetSuite certification preferred.
Experience with Netsuite Suitescripts preferred.
Experience following the SDLC preferred.
