Description:

  • The Finance Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting financial applications, including Coupa and NetSuite, by completing complex configurations where needed.
  • They will configure fields, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and scripted rules within NetSuite and other supported systems.
  • Building and maintaining integrations between finance systems to ensure timely updates of bundles and scripts.
  • Responding to user application issues and enhancement requests within defined SLAs, collaborating with vendor support organizations as needed.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting projects to streamline business operations.
  • Conducting testing during new system implementation projects and scheduled system releases.
  • Creating and maintaining systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts, and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or a strong understanding of accounting operations.
  • 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Experience in completing complex configuration and optimization projects, including building and enhancing integrations and workflows, and complex reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • NetSuite certification preferred.
  • Experience with Netsuite Suitescripts preferred.
  • Experience following the SDLC preferred.
