Description:
The Financial Data Analyst position at STAT Recovery involves performing detailed data analysis on client financial transaction data to identify deduction recovery opportunities and ensure completion.
The role requires conducting technical analysis to identify data anomalies and researching root causes using various technologies.
The analyst will synthesize insights and develop visual reports to effectively communicate data findings to clients.
Developing repeatable workflows to automate data cleansing and calculation steps is a key responsibility.
Identifying new opportunities for analysis, value-add services, and developing prototype solutions are part of the role.
Leading internal technical learning sessions, documenting retail processes, and contributing to shaping strategic priorities of the Analytics function are also included.
Continuous personal learning objectives to expand technical skillset are encouraged, with no outside sales responsibilities required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of financial analysis, financial modeling, and analytic process experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, with relevant work experience also considered.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential due to the job's heavy analytical component.
Advanced skills in MS Excel are required.
The candidate should be flexible and eager to take on different tasks and challenges as they arise.
