Description:

• The Financial Data Analyst position at STAT Recovery involves performing detailed data analysis on client financial transaction data to identify deduction recovery opportunities and ensure completion.
• The role requires conducting technical analysis to identify data anomalies and researching root causes using various technologies.
• The analyst will synthesize insights and develop visual reports to effectively communicate data findings to clients.
• Developing repeatable workflows to automate data cleansing and calculation steps is a key responsibility.
• Identifying new opportunities for analysis, value-add services, and developing prototype solutions are part of the role.
• Leading internal technical learning sessions, documenting retail processes, and contributing to shaping strategic priorities of the Analytics function are also included.
• Continuous personal learning objectives to expand technical skillset are encouraged, with no outside sales responsibilities required.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of financial analysis, financial modeling, and analytic process experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, with relevant work experience also considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential due to the job's heavy analytical component.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel are required.
• The candidate should be flexible and eager to take on different tasks and challenges as they arise.
