Remote (Fluent English) Java Developer

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team.
• This role is designed for someone who can take ownership of tasks and help free up our experienced developers for more complex and critical projects.

• The product involves SaaS products that transform the vast pool of web data from the open and dark web into structured web data feeds, ready for machines to consume.
• The team consists of 60+ qualified specialists, including developers, analysts, product managers, sales, and customer support professionals.
• Together, we will take ownership of tasks currently handled by experienced developers to allow them to focus on more advanced projects.
• We will maintain and manage our existing systems, resolve bugs, and handle system maintenance.
• The role involves working extensively with APIs, data clusters, log management, and archives.
• You will develop and maintain code and work with technologies like Elasticsearch, Big Data tools, and MySQL on Linux systems.
• You will manage and optimize large data pipelines, leveraging tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• You should have 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Back-End Developer.
• Solid experience with Java is necessary.
• Experience with APIs and handling large datasets is required.
• Hands-on experience working with microservices and in production environments is essential.
• You must be comfortable working on Linux systems.
• Experience with tools like Elasticsearch, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is required.
• Experience with MongoDB and MySQL is a big plus.
• You should have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
