Description:

  • The position is for a Solutions Engineer based in İzmir, Turkey, with a full-time commitment.
  • The role involves executing Proofs of Concept and Pilots to inspire and validate technical requirements.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions to optimize the functionality of the product experience platform.
  • The engineer will build customer assets to enable quicker value achievement for customers.
  • The role requires communicating customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items.
  • Support for strategic customers during the implementation of the solution is a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services is essential.
  • The engineer will communicate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets that drive the success of innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, with at least a C2 level for both spoken and written English.
  • A minimum of two web development skills is required, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web services.
  • An understanding of web application design and operations is necessary.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • A dedication to teamwork and a commitment to getting things done together is required.
  • The ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments is important.
  • Candidates must have a personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • A degree in computer science or information technology will be considered a great plus.
