The Forward-Deployed AI Engineer will work closely with customers to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
This role involves collaborating with analytics and business intelligence teams on use case setups, data integration, and machine learning model configuration.
The engineer will extend product capabilities by developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components to improve the architecture.
The position requires partnering with the Applied Science team to improve reinforcement learning algorithms and optimize value delivery for customers.
The engineer will play an active role in determining the product strategy and roadmap to shape the future of AI solutions.
Participation in deploying AI pipelines at scale in production environments is essential, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 - $129,000 per year, plus an additional bonus of $13,000 - $15,000.
Employees are eligible for end-of-year performance bonuses, commissions (when applicable), and/or equity options.
The work environment is flexible, allowing for 100% remote work with flexible hours and generous PTO starting at 25 days annually.
