Description:

Ema is building the world’s largest agentic AI platform with a mission to enhance workforce productivity by enabling enterprises to create and deploy their own AI employees.
The role involves collaborating with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and facilitate the deployment of technical solutions based on those needs.
The candidate will develop a deep understanding of Ema’s technology and architectures.
Responsibilities include delivering tailored product demonstrations to potential customers, executing successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and positioning oneself as a Trusted Advisor to key customer stakeholders.
The role requires collaboration with customers to design and architect solutions that align with their business goals and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
The candidate will drive project teams towards common goals to accelerate the adoption of Ema’s solutions and communicate the value of Ema’s offerings throughout the engagement process.
The position involves understanding customers' cloud/on-prem environments and translating their needs into deployable solutions.
The candidate will manage customer issues through effective diagnosis and resolution, create repeatable processes, and maintain technical documentation including solution architectures and best practices.
The role also includes acting as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
The candidate should have 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
A strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies is essential.
Solid experience with solution design, architecture, and integration is required.
Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies is preferred.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding and solving customer challenges is necessary.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
