• As a Lead AI Engineer, you will innovate and lead the design and development of advanced AI model architectures and capabilities.
• You will implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to revolutionize our products.
• Your role includes designing and implementing agentic workflows using advanced libraries like LangGraph, integrating proprietary and open-source models.
• You will contribute to the development of products powered by LLMs and deep learning techniques, applying ML- and LLM-Ops best practices.
• Collaboration with team members is essential to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our products.
• You will partner with data ingestion specialists to optimize data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment.
• Your responsibilities also include designing and conducting experiments to rigorously test and enhance model performance and robustness.

Requirements:

• A profound understanding of the theoretical foundations of machine learning is essential.
• You must have multiple years of experience developing AI models within SaaS products.
• Fluency in at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is required.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and Fine-Tuning is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are crucial.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills are needed.
• You should have the ability to quickly prototype and iterate on MVPs to test and validate new ideas.
• A Master's degree or PhD in related fields such as AI or LLM from a reputable academic institution is required.
