Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
Fluency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript, is required.
Candidates should be fluent in cloud provider platforms.
Experience at an early-stage startup or as an early engineer on a major project is preferred.
Strong applied AI/ML fundamentals, including knowledge of Langchain, model fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworks, are preferred.
