Description:

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, including the development of AI Agents.
You will have the unique opportunity to design, build, and scale a product from the ground up, influencing architecture decisions and the overall user experience.
Your contributions will include developing and scaling complex AI Agents to address significant challenges in cybersecurity.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing backend systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
You will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
You will work closely with other engineers and the designer/product manager to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
You will continuously monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability.
You will define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation to maintain high code quality.
You will quickly prototype and iterate on new features, adapting to user feedback and changing requirements.
As the team grows, you will mentor junior engineers and lead by example in technical discussions and code reviews.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience in backend development.
You should possess strong experience with backend development, including RESTful API design, database management, and server-side frameworks such as Node.js.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
You need to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team are essential.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed.

You will face ambitious challenges by using Generative AI (LLMs and Agents) to solve pressing issues in cybersecurity.
You will work with an expert team of hands-on leaders with deep experience in Big Tech and Scale-ups, who have been part of leadership teams behind multiple acquisitions and an IPO.
