As our Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, including working on the development of AI Agents.
You will have the unique opportunity to design, build, and scale a product from the ground up, influencing everything from architecture decisions to the overall user experience.

You will be responsible for the development and scaling of complex AI Agents to tackle significant challenges in cybersecurity.
Your role will involve designing and implementing backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
You will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
You will work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
Continuous monitoring and improvement of application performance, security, and scalability will be part of your responsibilities.
You will define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation to maintain high code quality.
Rapid prototyping and iteration on new features, adapting to user feedback and changing requirements will be expected.
As the team grows, you will mentor junior engineers and lead by example in technical discussions and code reviews.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong experience with backend development is required, including RESTful API design, database management, and server-side frameworks such as Node.js.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team are essential.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed.
