Description:

  • The mission is to create a seamless, secure, and efficient platform that connects multiple payment providers for a frictionless transaction experience.
  • The role of Technical Co-Founder / CTO involves leading the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and driving the long-term technology vision.
  • Responsibilities include architecting, building, and scaling the fintech platform, overseeing mobile app development, designing secure APIs, ensuring compliance with regulations, hiring and managing a development team, and collaborating with the founder and business team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CTO, founding engineer, or senior software engineer in a fintech startup or payments-related company is required.
  • Experience at companies like Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in mobile app development for iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native is necessary.
  • A deep understanding of API integrations, financial transactions, and payment processing is essential.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in fintech, including money transmission laws, KYC, and AML, is required.
  • The candidate should have the ability to make critical technical decisions while balancing speed and scalability.
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
